will be reactivate after the challenge ends.
We encourage you to both ELIMINATE + ADD something from your realm may be it
a food, drink, emotion, person or habit. Write your commitment down on paper! We
will be seeing your goal templates to fill out.
AIM: TO ATTEND AT LEAST 4+ CLASSES A WEEK!
Not complusory, just a goal, and of course you can do more too! You can’t do two
reformer classes in a row.
TRY: DO A MIXTURE OF REFORMER, BARRE, YOGA, PILATES, BURN + SCUPLT +
MEDITATION WITH A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF ANY TWO CLASSES IN THE
YOGA ROOM WEEKLY!
EACH TIME YOU DO A CLASS, PLEASE PUT A STICKER
