“When you feel life at crossroads, you need a higher perspective view.” ― Toba Beta, My Ancestor Was an Ancient Astronaut
It’s ok. It’s completely normal.
Needing to refocus on your future path will happen a few times in your life. Whether is it your career, relationship or direction (or sometimes a combination of them all at the same time), life will throw curve balls and unforeseen challenges that will throw you off track.
You will find yourself sitting there reassessing which direction to take next. I love Toba’s quote above as I completely agree that a higher perspective is needed. We can get so caught up in our heads and talking it out in circles that sometimes we feel like are we are not making any progress at all!
A ‘higher perspective view’ is the ability to detach from the emotions associated with the situation and to fly above and look at it with a more spiritual aspect. Once you have a general idea with the direction you would like to go….. GO!!!
Whether it is the one you will stay on for a week, a year or 5 years, it doesn’t matter. Your action will actually power your momentum in moving forward in a direction with 100% commitment. “But what if I change my mind?!” you say. No worries. You may change your mind. That is perfectly fine. The more action you take, the clearer you will become on which path feels right for you. You have one life.
Keep trying different paths until you feel you are living your purpose!
