Fusion Wellness has been an absolute gift in my healing journey. After living with a chronic illness for the past few years, I was finally able to return to movement and at 58 decided to try Pilates. I walked in nervous and unsure, worried about my weight gain and the stereotype that Pilates was only for the "young and fit." From the very first class, those fears disappeared. The team welcomed me with open arms, creating a space that is not only supportive but truly inclusive and empowering. Their care, encouragement, and understanding have allowed me to start rebuilding strength and confidence in a safe, nurturing environment.

Fusion Wellness Pilates is awesome! On a holiday detox week with a friend, we launched into a great introductory 5 day package. I had tried Pilates briefly on 2 earlier occasions in my home town but hated it both times. Georgie & her team changed my mind about Pilates! I wasn't sure I could manage 5 days but each class was very different, ranging from Yin & Stretch to Sculpt. There were more advanced classes but we didn't attempt them. Great team of instructors, good timetable & really love the whole vibe. The fabulous chandeliers were an added bonus & took my mind off my burning thighs! Great work team!

We had a Detox week at Kingscliff, with 5 pilates classes for just $50; it was amazing. The studio was relaxing, great instructors, music and ambience. This is the best Pilates Studio I have ever had the pleasure to exercise in. Thankyou girls for supporting our challenging week We are now addicted and will be back soon.

Fusion Wellness is a beautiful studio, the instructions are wonderful and very welcoming!
