Studio Facilities

We do not have showers; however, the studio has two bathrooms available. One is located near the reception area, and the other is situated in our Reformer Pilates room.

Yes, our studio is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable environment for your practice. We also benefit from large windows that allow fresh air to flow through the space.

Yes, parking is available in the carparks located on either side of the studio. Additional street parking and the Coles carpark across the road are also convenient options.

Classes

We offer a range of classes, including Yin and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Mat and Reformer Pilates.

  • For beginners, pregnant individuals, or those recovering from injury, we recommend starting with SLOW Reformer Pilatesor Yin Yoga.
  • From there, you can progress to FLOW Reformerand Mat Pilates.
  • For a high-energy, fast-paced experience, try POWER Reformeror Hot Mat Pilates(ideal for those with prior experience).

Classes can be booked via our website or the Fusion Wellness mobile app. Simply create an account, choose your preferred class, and reserve your spot.

Participants must be at least 16 years old. For those under 18, parental consent is required.

Yes, but please inform your instructor of any medical conditions to ensure appropriate modifications are provided. We also recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.

Yes, we do! Please contact us to arrange a private session tailored to your needs.

Yes, we provide mats and props for yoga, as well as equipment for Pilates classes. If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own mat.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows freedom of movement. For Reformer Pilates, grip socks (or regular socks) are required for safety.

Memberships

Membership cancellations require two weeks’ written notice, and an early cancellation fee of $250 applies. All memberships will automatically renew until cancelled.

The expiry date for your class pass (5, 10, or 20 classes) depends on the type of pass you purchased. Please check our pricing page for specific validity periods. Extensions can be arranged for a small fee—just contact us for assistance.

Yes, you can pause your membership for a reduced fee of £10 per week. The length of the pause depends on your membership type:

  • 12-month memberships:Up to 4 weeks per year
  • 6-month memberships:Up to 3 weeks per year
  • 3-month memberships:Up to 2 weeks per year

We understand that life can be busy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your session or incurring a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee.

Class passes are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
