Enjoy a half-day Reset Retreat with Fusion Wellness and BURN Yoga + Pilates, blending yoga and Pilates as we take time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
Our indulgent morning begins on the reformer, where we’ll move with breath, awaken the core and pelvic floor, and build flexibility, strength, and tone through mindful movement.
After class, we’ll treat ourselves to a delicious and nourishing acai bowl from our sponsor Oakberry as we take a gentle stroll down to Bur’s studio. Here, you’ll be guided through soulful journalling to reflect on your intentions for the year—checking in with your goals, the progress you’ve made, and what may be holding you back.
From there, we’ll ease into a slow, body-nourishing yoga practice before closing the retreat with a deeply nurturing soul-healing session.
