Don’t you think it is completely ridiculous to think that organic food is more expensive than conventional foods? The movement and awareness to buy organic is growing quickly and the accessibility and variety available is increasing, which is awesome!
If you speak to your grandparents it seems that older generation didn’t have or know of anyone that had allergies. As a world who wants to get as much money as possible in return for the least amount of effort and monetary output food production has become so genetically modified. Food is injected with hormones, stimulants and being sprayed like never before, so it grows bigger, faster with decreasing chances of bugs invading its growth potential. In our grandparent’s era, the food was never exposed to all of this!
Organic food tastes like the food should taste and hasn’t been exposed to all the hormones and sprays etc.
You want your strawberries to taste like strawberries and not ‘snarzberries.’
