1. Turn off your phone often
2. Create time out for your MIND (meditation, music, sleep etc), BODY (anything physical, Yoga Pilates, spin, surfing etc) & SPIRIT (laughter, socialising, art etc) daily.
3. Check your social media only once a day
4. Create ‘TO DO’ lists and be happy when you tick off 3 things for the day
5. Plan and buy for your dinners 3 nights ahead
